Greater Detroit Centers for Working Families
United Way for Southeastern Michigan partners with Detroit Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) to manage and support the Greater Detroit Centers for Working Families (CWF) network. CWF sites are run through community-based organizations and provide personalized, one-on-one financial coaching. They also connect participants to job training, career coaching and other supports to help people grow their earnings and better manage their money.
