A decade of impact
We’re celebrating a decade of impact at the tenth annual Women of Influence Summit, set for Friday, March 13, at an exciting new venue — Ford Field! Our popular Women-Owned Business Marketplace returns for a fourth year — click here to view the list of participants.
Each year, this event celebrates International Women’s Day and raises funds for early childhood education. Hosted by United Way for Southeastern Michigan’s Women United philanthropic group, the summit has raised more than $2 million to support children, families and caregivers in our community since its inception.
Keynote Speaker
Our keynote speaker, presented by Siebert Williams Shank Foundation, is Susan Packard, cofounder of HGTV. Packard has been on the ground floor and helped to build powerful media brands like HBO, CNBC and HGTV. She left the corporate media world to become a writer, mentor and leadership speaker, publishing four books, two of which highlight the courage and accomplishments of women. She finds purpose today in supporting women, mentoring college students in recovery, writing, and taking in perfect Michigan days.
Tickets are sold out, but you can still donate to support the cause.
