Emerging Philanthropists are young professionals committed to Southeastern Michigan's future. Members donate their dollars to fund the work, their voices to build awareness around our impact and their time to volunteer in the community. Members are invited to year-round VIP networking events with opportunities to learn from elite community and business leaders from our Alexis de Tocqueville members.
Join us at our headquarters to learn about the impact Emerging Philanthropists are making through giving, advocating and volunteering with United Way. After the tour, we’ll head to Calexico for trivia night.
This career fair allows Detroit high school freshmen to learn about future career options, build skillsets and interact and engage with others. Volunteers will help 2,000 high school freshmen with wayfinding and check in. Volunteers are also needed to help with workshops and a service learning lab.
