Whether it’s a brainstorming session, a workshop or a strategic planning meeting, United Way partners are invited to use our meeting spaces free of charge.

Our facilities team will determine if we can accommodate the request and send a confirmation email, expectations and a calendar invite.

Availability

The room is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Equipment

This room has:

• Large high-definition displays and projectors for presentations.
• Video conferencing systems for remote participants.
• Audio systems.
• Connectivity options like HDMI and wireless casting for easy sharing of content from personal devices.

Cost

There is no cost to use this facility.

Unavailable Dates

This room is not available from Jan. 30 through May 1 due to VITA Tax Preparation activities.

Additional Information

• Partners are responsible for setup and cleanup. The room should be left in the condition it was found.
• If you need technical assistance with Microsoft Teams or other equipment, please mention it in your booking form so arrangements can be made in advance.
• If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to allow other partners the opportunity to use the room.
