Help flood victims in Southwest Detroit
More than 400 households in Southwest Detroit have recently been impacted by flooding. Volunteers are needed to help perform wellness visits, organize donations and assemble and deliver care packages.

We celebrate out-of-the-box ideas. We value different perspectives and a can-do attitude. Our success is driven by the ability of all departments to work together to ensure that we’re focused on one thing — serving our community.
We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer, seeking job candidates from culturally and racially diverse backgrounds. In addition to their life experiences, our team members come armed with connections in education, government, corporate, and small business settings — and we celebrate that.
We’re enthusiastic about our space inside the iconic Albert Kahn-designed Fisher Building. Our office is in the heart of New Center, a historically revived Detroit neighborhood, ensuring we are close to the community we serve.
We offer competitive health, vision and dental plans to team members and their families. Flexible Spending Accounts are also available to offset deductibles and other health care costs. We offer group wellness, with an emphasis on mental wellbeing. Supplemental insurance is also available, including accident, critical illness and hospital insurance, along with pet insurance.
We encourage our team members to rest and recharge. New regular, full time team members earn 20 vacation days in their first year and 25 days beginning their second year and 13 paid holidays.
We foster growth opportunities through webinars, seminars, conferences, workshops, internal/external trainings, cohorts and other educational programs and platforms. We encourage team members to continuously increase their knowledge and grow their skill sets and competencies – major contributors to career enhancement and organizational success!
We value volunteerism, and we walk the walk by providing team member volunteer opportunities internally, as well as allowing team members to take time to give back to the causes they care about in the community.
We help you plan for your future by offering a 403(b)-retirement plan along with expert retirement planning services so you can work now and relax later.
