We periodically release Request for Proposals (RFPs) that support the capacity and effectiveness of our partner network. These opportunities are designed to strengthen organizations through training, technical assistance, operational improvement, governance, data and technology readiness, and other capacity-building initiatives that help partners better serve communities.
United Way for Southeastern Michigan seeks a qualified trainer or training team to design and deliver an in-person session on interoperability in social services. The training will give United Way partners a practical foundation in CIE and prepare them for stronger resource sharing, referrals, information exchange, and coordinated care.
United Way for Southeastern Michigan seeks a qualified trainer or training team to design and deliver a virtual session on change management in support of care coordination. Supported by Ford Philanthropy, the training will provide a practical foundation in care coordination, with specific attention to coordination that occurs across organizations. Participants will examine the organizational changes needed to strengthen referrals, handoffs, shared workflows, and collaboration among service providers.
