These opportunities are designed to strengthen organizations through training, technical assistance, operational improvement, governance, data and technology readiness, and other capacity-building initiatives that help partners better serve communities.\r\n<h3>Open RFPs<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Interoperability Training for Social Service Partners<\/h4>\r\nUnited Way for Southeastern Michigan seeks a qualified trainer or training team to design and deliver an in-person session on interoperability in social services. The training will give United Way partners a practical foundation in CIE and prepare them for stronger resource sharing, referrals, information exchange, and coordinated care.\r\n\r\n<a class=\"tm-button button version-1\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/unitedwaysem.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/United-Way-SEM-RFP-Interoperability-Training-v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"tm-button-inner\"><span class=\"text\">M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/a>\r\n<h4>Change Management Training in Support of Care Coordination<\/h4>\r\nUnited Way for Southeastern Michigan seeks a qualified trainer or training team to design and deliver a virtual session on change management in support of care coordination. Supported by Ford Philanthropy, the training will provide a practical foundation in care coordination, with specific attention to coordination that occurs across organizations.
