A menudo, cuando hablamos o reconocemos el racismo, lo hacemos a nivel interpersonal. Ver solo este nivel significa que no vemos el panorama completo que mantiene el sistema de racismo en su lugar. Sin embargo, el racismo existe en varios niveles: internalizado, interpersonal, institucional y estructural. Hoy analizaremos cada uno de estos niveles para comprender mejor c\u00f3mo se perpet\u00faa el racismo en nuestra sociedad.\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\r\n \t<li><strong><em>Racismo internalizado<\/em><\/strong><em>:\u00a0<\/em>Conjunto de creencias, prejuicios e ideas privadas sobre la superioridad de los blancos y la inferioridad de las personas de color. Entre las personas de color, se manifiesta como opresi\u00f3n internalizada. Entre los blancos, se manifiesta como superioridad racial internalizada.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><em>Racismo interpersonal<\/em><\/strong><em>:\u00a0<\/em>La expresi\u00f3n del racismo entre individuos. Se produce cuando los individuos interact\u00faan y sus creencias privadas afectan a sus interacciones.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><em>Racismo institucional<\/em><\/strong><em>:\u00a0<\/em>El trato discriminatorio, las pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas injustas, y las oportunidades y repercusiones desiguales dentro de las organizaciones e instituciones, todo ello basado en la raza, que habitualmente producen resultados racialmente desiguales para las personas de color y ventajas para las personas blancas. Las personas que forman parte de las instituciones asumen el poder de estas cuando refuerzan las desigualdades raciales.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><em>Racismo estructural<\/em><\/strong><em>:\u00a0<\/em>Un sistema en el que las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, las pr\u00e1cticas institucionales, las representaciones culturales y otras normas act\u00faan de diversas maneras, a menudo reforz\u00e1ndose entre s\u00ed, para perpetuar la desigualdad entre los grupos raciales.
