La equidad nos permite comprender que cada persona es \u00fanica, con sus propias fortalezas y apoyos. Lo que una persona puede necesitar para prosperar plenamente en la sociedad y lograr una total equidad en los resultados puede ser diferente de lo que necesita otra persona. La equidad se logra cuando se eliminan las barreras sist\u00e9micas, institucionales e hist\u00f3ricas basadas en la raza, el g\u00e9nero, la orientaci\u00f3n sexual y otras identidades, y estas dejan de determinar los resultados socioecon\u00f3micos, educativos y de salud.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<strong>Inclusi\u00f3n: <\/strong>Valor y pr\u00e1ctica que consiste en garantizar que las personas se sientan integradas y que sus aportaciones sean valoradas por el conjunto (grupo, organizaci\u00f3n, sociedad, sistema, etc.), especialmente en lo que respecta a las decisiones que afectan a sus vidas. Esto debe incluir la integraci\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica de las personas y\/o grupos tradicionalmente excluidos en los procesos, actividades y toma de decisiones\/pol\u00edticas, de manera que se comparta el poder.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nDurante los pr\u00f3ximos 21 d\u00edas, nos uniremos en un viaje para profundizar en la DEI, el antirracismo y la justicia social. Los primeros d\u00edas del reto nos animar\u00e1n a todos a construir sobre nuestras diversas bases para el trabajo por la justicia. Al participar en el contenido de hoy, aqu\u00ed hay algunas cosas clave que deben tener en cuenta:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>El trabajo en materia de DEI est\u00e1 evolucionando. Aunque ahora el DEI es cada vez m\u00e1s habitual, incluso como unidades de negocio en muchas empresas, no siempre ha sido as\u00ed. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de debatir y trabajar en materia de DEI gracias al esfuerzo de las personas negras y morenas que lucharon durante d\u00e9cadas contra la resistencia para crear conciencia y exigir un cambio en los sistemas injustos.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Dado que el trabajo de DEI evoluciona, los fundamentos tambi\u00e9n pueden hacerlo.
