Los grupos de recursos tambi\u00e9n son una buena forma de mejorar la conciencia cultural y fomentar espacios de trabajo m\u00e1s inclusivos. El reto del ma\u00f1ana se centrar\u00e1 m\u00e1s en c\u00f3mo crear este tipo de espacios.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nPara aquellos que se ven en la necesidad de cambiar de c\u00f3digo, puede ser \u00fatil comprender que se trata de un proceso gradual. Tome decisiones deliberadas sobre los cambios que est\u00e1 dispuesto a hacer para \u201cencajar\u201d sin sacrificar su propia comodidad. Eval\u00fae esas decisiones en funci\u00f3n de su identidad absoluta, es decir, las cosas que le definen como persona y le aportan comodidad y alegr\u00eda.
